For years, it’s been said that the best way to improve your marketing results is to write better copy, optimize your landing pages and develop an effective opt-in campaign.
But what if you could do all of that with just one tool? Well, today I’m going to show you the best online tool you may not have heard of before and how it can take your internet marketing efforts to the next level... fast!
Best of all, there are absolutely no software installations necessary!
Google Sheets
This free and easy-to-use software can be used to create a variety of different documents, from flow charts and budgets to expense reports and invoices.
It's perfect for small businesses that want to keep things simple, or individuals who just want an easy way to organize their finances.
It doesn't have all of the features you might find in Microsoft Excel, but it still packs some powerful tools in a neat package.
The best part is that it saves automatically as you work and files are shared by default - so there's no need to worry about saving your progress every few minutes.
Canva
I'm not going to lie, I was a bit intimidated when I first came across Canva. The interface looks a little confusing and it doesn't seem like there is much instructional material out there.
But I was wrong. Canva is an online graphic design tool that has many of the features of expensive software without the hefty price tag and complicated interface.
Hootsuite
It's a great tool for social media managers who are looking for a way to save time and stay organized.
If you're an entrepreneur or small business owner and don't have much time to spend on social media management this might be the right solution for you.
In Hootsuite, you can schedule your posts in advance so that they go live at the best times possible (this means more reach!).
The premium plan is worth it as it includes unlimited access to all of Hootsuite’s apps and services, which is awesome if you need to manage several different accounts.
SumoMe
If you're a blogger, then you know how difficult it is to keep your site fresh. There are many online tools you can use to share your content and make it easier for people to find, but the one we highly recommend is SumoMe.
It's free, easy to use and even has templates that will show you what your posts will look like on various social media channels before posting them.
IFTTT
If you're not familiar with IFTTT, it's a free service that enables you to do so much more with your social media accounts.
What I love about this site is that it allows me to customize my posts in order to promote them specifically for whatever audience I want.
For instance, if I post something on Twitter and want to reach just one group of people, then all I have to do is use their custom hashtag or include their username at the end of the post.
I also use this platform when setting up automation sequences because it has many different options that are easy to set up. With these sequences you can have multiple triggers which then execute an action automatically.
